Professional Background
Jake Bush has a solid background in customer service and over the years has honed the skills he learned along the way. It takes patience and understanding to be attentive to a customer’s needs and Jake believes firmly in taking care of his clients’ needs. He has also worked in designing commercial storefronts and selling doors and windows, giving him insight into commercial building and how sales often work in the construction industry.
He became interested in the real estate business but didn’t want to work off of commission. Luckily, his brother-in-law introduced him to the field of home inspection while he was taking courses. After learning more about what a Home Inspector does and the ways they help people, it became a passion and Jake became a licensed inspector in both Kentucky and Indiana. He has been inspecting for 2 years and performed over 100 inspections personally.

While performing his inspection, Jake strives to perform an absolutely solid inspection every time. He genuinely loves giving his clients the help they need to make the most informed decision they can. He believes that every client and every inspection should be treated with respect. Every person deserves a wonderful experience and quality service, no matter the size or price of the home. Jake believes his clients’ interests matter and he will work hard to protect their investments.
A True Passion
For Jake Home Inspection has become a dream job. HIs skills and knowledge allow him to serve and assist people in a way he feels truly matters. Helping people during this often stressful and costly time is why this job has become so important to him. For this reason he has dedicated himself to providing affordable services and genuine customer service.
Home-life and Hobbies
Jake spends most his free time with his family. He always makes time for his wife and 5 children. He enjoys watching his children play sports and exploring nature while hiking with his wife.
